No Yankee can NOT have a home run call.
Among the suggestions today have been “A Granderslam”, “A Grand Slam for Granderson”, “A Dandy from Grandy” and “Curtis-y Call”.
So, what are your suggestions?
If there’s one that seems that everyone enjoys, I’ll forward it to the appropriate authorities!

I hope Sterling gets hold of this somehow.

I love “a dandy from Grandy”. It has that classic Sterlingesque feel.

I believe it will be a combination of Curt-is-Grand and Isn’t he Grand. The fact that I’d be money on it probably means I listen to too many games on XM

Oh boy. I miss the days when HR calls were reserved for Bernie & Tino.
O’Neill never had one. Little by little Sterling added “a Jeter jolt”, “Jorgie juiced one” and so forth, but the “calls” seemed more special back then.

I like granderslam the best. Sterling will probably go with the cheesiest line possible.
